Turkey burgers are a quick and tasty meal option. Whether you’re looking for a healthier alternative to beef or love the taste of turkey, these burgers are a great choice.



1 pound ground turkey breast

1 medium white onion

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1 zucchini

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika


  1. Finely chop an onion, and grate zucchini and garlic.
  2. Mix ground turkey, onion, zucchini, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil, and seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Shape patties by hand or using a press.
  4. Preheat the grill to 450°F and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let them sit for a few minutes and serve on a bun or as desired.


Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in a toaster oven.
